John has been based in Los Angeles for over 20 years. He is originally from New York City. He has photographed people around the world and his life experience and extensive travels have given him a unique perspective. His work reflects this broad point of view.

John has experience in many areas of photography. These include headshots for actors, artists, writers and musicians. Still photos for movies and video. Travel photography in Central and South America, Asia, North Africa and Europe as well as magazine covers and publicity.

In 2006 he was featured on "EYE ON L.A." Channel 7 as a top headshot photographer with a demonstration of a photo shoot and advice on what to look for and expect in a headshot.

John shoots at his West Hollywood studio. He is known for his clean and uncluttered photos and ease of working with a client.
